These terms govern your use of the Johnny Rock Method website, programs, classes, and membership services.

Services and bookings

Descriptions, schedules, availability, and pricing may change. A booking is confirmed only when we provide confirmation. Please follow all instructions provided by your coach.

Health and safety

Our programs are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning exercise, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or concern. You participate at your own risk and must promptly tell your coach about relevant limitations.

Payments and cancellations

Fees, renewal terms, cancellation windows, and any applicable refunds are shown at checkout or in your membership agreement. We may suspend access for overdue balances or misuse.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, copy its content without permission, or use the services unlawfully.
